3 RESOLUTION ADOPTING- LAND USE ELEMENT, OROVILLE SECTION,
GENERAL PLAN FOR BUTTE COUNTY

WHEREAS, the Butte County Planning Commission has completed
5;
~I the Land Use Element of the Oroville Section of the General Plan
6
for Butte County, and

WHEREAS, said Planning Commission and the Board of Super-
8
visors have conducted public hearings as required by statutes of
9
the State of California, and
10
WHEREAS, said Land Use Element of the Oroville Section of the
1Z
General Plan for Butte County is a guide for the orderly and bene-
12
ficial development of Butte County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of

the County of Butte, State of California, that the Land Use Ele~
15
ment of the Oroville Section of the General Plan for Butte County
16
as shown on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof,

be approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a certified copy of said map and
19
a copy of this resolution be submitted to the City of Oroville.

The foregoing Resolution was adopted on motion of Supervisor

McKillop , seconded by Supervisor Pryde

on this l5th day of February 1866, on roll call
