RESOLUTION TN RE PARKING ON CERTAIN COUNTY HIGHWAY
TN 'THE COUNTX OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAI~T~'ORNIA
Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE TT RESOT,VED by the BOARD OP SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF' CAY,TFORNTA, as follows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinafter-
described portion. of Midway is prohibited, and the portion of said road an
which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited is described as
follows, to wit:
.(a) Along the westerly curb Iine of MTDWAX Pram a point
five feet souther~.y of the southerly curb line of
Durham-Dayton Road to a point 55 feet southerly of
the said curb Tine of Durham-Dayton Road.
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed and the curb be painted red
at the appropriate locations on said road.
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supex~risors of the County of
Butte, State of Califaxnia at the regular meeting thereof on tie l 5th day
of Tebru3x'y - - , 19b6, by the following vote:
