RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
TO EXECUTE RIGHT-OF-WAX CERTIFICATION N0, 3
FOR FAS PROJECT 1335(1), 1231 (4)-Goodspeed-Watt Road and Ohica-
Butte City Highway
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Right-of-Way Certification No. 3, dated February 15,
1966, in .the name of the County of Butte,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

Butte, State of California at the regular meeting thereof on the
day of February ~ 1966, by the following vote:
