BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION AT W. 7th
AVENUE AND MAGNOLIA AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, that the hereinafter-described County road be declared
a yield right of way intersection, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
instructed to have legal "YIELD" signs erected at the necessary entrances
theretoe
I. EASTBOUND AND WESTBOUND traffic on WEST SEVENTH AVENUE
shall yield right of way to NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND
traffic on MAGNOLIA AVENUE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 22nd day of March ~ 1966, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
