1 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO COUNTY
SERVICE AREA N0. 26

WHEREAS, pursuant to Title 3, Division 2, Part 2, Chapter
3
of the Government Code of the State of California, the Board of
4
Supervisors of Butte County .have instituted proceedings for the
5
annexation of territory to County Service Area Noo 2b,
6
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

of the County of Butte as follows:

1. T,he name of the County Service Area to which the
9
territory is proposed to be annexed is County Service Area Noo 26<
10
2. T.he types of services to provide within said County
zi
Service Area No. 2b is sewage service involving the following
I2
improvements, to-wit: facilities for the collection, treatment,
13
and disposal of sewage in said County Service Area and its in~
14
habitants comprising main trunk lines, treatment ponds, pipes,
I5
pumps, machinery lands, easements, rights of way and other works,
Z6
property, structures, useful or necessary for the collection,
17
treatment, and disposal of sewage in said County Service Afea,
18
3. T.he boundaries of the territory to be annexed to Count}
19
Service Area No. 26 are fully set forth in Exhibit ®aA°~, attached
20.
.hereto and made a part hereof by reference as though fully set
21
forth verbatim and at length.

4. The time and place of .hearing the question of
