BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION FOR DEUELOPP~NT OF STANDARD POLICY FOR
IR7PROVENDfiTTS. ADJACENT .TO. CITY LII~'ILTS
G~I~E?.EAS, in the interest of uniform, order]y development; and
i~7HEE~.EA5, the incorporated cities have developed plans and standards
for streets, highmrays and drainage;
NOTES, T~R~'ORE, BE IT RESOLV.r~D that the Butte County Board of
Supervisors does hereby establish a policy that the Public P~lorks Director may
require that improvements on county rights of ,ray adjacent to incorporated
cities be in accordance ~rrith the cityts standards, plans and requirements for
such improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day: of Apri.1 , 1866,
