Chico-Butte City Highway
IT IS HEREBX RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Right-of-Way Certification No. 2, dated April 12,
1966, in the name of the County of Butte.
PASSED AND ADOPTER by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 1,2~1Z

The County of Butte hereby certifies in connection with the right
of way for FAS Project III 1335(1), 1231(4) Goodspeed:-Watt Road and Chico-Butte
City Highway, that:
All required right of way for construction of this project has now
been covered by order for immediate possession.
I. STATUS OE RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION

II. STATUS OF AFFECTED RAILROAD FACILITIES
None

V. STATUS OF UTILITX RELOCATION
Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Pacific Telephone Company have
above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however,
all utilities will be moved prior to commencement of construction.
VI. SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS
No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the
right of way.
In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold the
State of California harmless from any Liability which may be established by and
in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
