A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SIERRA DEL ORO, UNIT NOa 2 AND ADJACENT AREA
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that
WHEREAS, sealed proposals or bids were received by .the
County Clerk in accordance with the Notice Inviting; Sealed Pro-
posals and said Board did, in open session, on the 5th day of
April, 1966, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed pro-
posals or bids for the work to be done and improvements to be
made, as described and specified in Resolution of Intention No.
66-7 of said Board, adopted January 18, 1966, to which Resolution
of Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said
work and improvements and/or materials, supplies or equipment to
he furnished Therefor, also for the assessment district provided
for therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Board of Supervisors hereby reject all of
said proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said
improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Butte Creek Rock Company
at the unit prices named ,in ~Hei ~' bid.
2. That the County Surveyor of said County be, and he is
hereby, authorized to make and enter into a written contract wit
said successful bidder, and to receive and approve all bonds in
connection therewith.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, California, on this 12~h day of April ~
