ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION N0. ~O
APPOINTING ENGINEER AND APPOINTING PERSON
TO PREPARE THE REPORT AND ASSESSMENT UNDER
THE MUNTCTPAL IMPROVEMENT ACT 0~' 1913
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
1. That this Board hereby employs WALTER B. GRIMES,
R.C.E., and hereby directs him to prepare the Report and
Assessment required under Section 10,204 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California (a section of the
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913) for a proposed assess-
ment district to be known as BUTTE CREEK ESTATES ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT.
2. That WALTER B. GRIMES is hereby authorized
to do or cause to be done all the engineering work
including surveying, setting grade stakes and superivisrion
of work in the matter of the improvement of certain streets
and easements within and adjacent tc an area in this County
described in that certain petition approved on ~,e ~L / ,
1966, by this Board in its Resolution No. ~~9
3. That the County of Butte shall pay to said
WALTER B. GRIMES, R.C.E. the sum of ~ 19,825.00 for all
his work authorized herein.

PROVIDED HOWEVER, that the sum that this Board has
hereby ordered to be paid to said WALTER B. GRTMES, R.C.E.
for his said services shall be payable to him solely from
monies received from the sale of improvement bonds under
proceedings conducted under the Municipal Improvement Act
of 1913 for an assessment district to be known. as BUTTE
CREEK ESTATES ASSESSMENT DTSTRICfi.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF GALIFORNIA, THIS 19th DAY OF April ,
1966, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: SUPERVISORS None
ABSENT: SUPERVISORS None
