APPROVING DISTRICT M9.P
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That the map submitted by V~ALTER B. GRIMES, R.G.E.
showing the boundaries of Butte Creek Estates Assessment District,
be, and the same is hereby approved and that the Clerk of this
Board shall file it in her office and in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Butte as required by
Section 3111 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California.
That all of the resolutions to be adopted respecting
Butte Creek Estates Assessment District shall refer to said
map in lieu of describing the boundaries of said district in
detail.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 19th DAY OF Avri1 ~~s
1966, by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS- Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairoman Giles
NOES : SUPERVISORS None
ABSENT: SUPERVISORS None
