HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-056BUTTE CREEK ESTATES ASSESSMENT DISTRICT RESOLUTION N0. ~v ~~~6 ADOPTING PREVAILING Vf~AGE SCALE RESuLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA: That this Board finds and determines respecting the work and improvements .for Butte Creek Estates Assessment District that for each craft, classification, or type of workman that can be em- ployed to do said work and construct said improvements, the general prevailing rates of per diem wages and the general prevailing rates far overtime and legal holidays are the same as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and said Exhibit is hereby incorporated herein by reference as if fully set Earth herein, and the Clerk of this Board shall notify all bidders hereof by referring to this Resolution in the call far bids on said work and improvements.
