ADOPTING PREVAILING Vf~AGE SCALE
RESuLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:
That this Board finds and determines respecting the work
and improvements .for Butte Creek Estates Assessment District that
for each craft, classification, or type of workman that can be em-
ployed to do said work and construct said improvements, the general
prevailing rates of per diem wages and the general prevailing rates
far overtime and legal holidays are the same as shown in Exhibit A
attached hereto and said Exhibit is hereby incorporated herein by
reference as if fully set Earth herein, and the Clerk of this Board
shall notify all bidders hereof by referring to this Resolution in
the call far bids on said work and improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS Zg~h DAY OF Apri3. , 1966, by

Any classification omitted herein riot less than $3.775 per hour plus employer
payments as outlined in collective bargaining agreements on file in the office of
the llepartment of Industrial Relations, ~7ivision of Labnr Statistics and Research. ~ ,
Overtime, Sundays and holidays»» not less than one and one-half (l z) times the
basic hourly rate plus applicable employer payments. Thz holidays upon which such
rates shall be paid shall be all holidays recognized in the collective bargaining
agreement applicable to the particular craft, classification or type of workman
employed on the project.
