RESOLUTION NO. 66 58
RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILEAGE
'~IITHIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provides that
in May of each year county shall submit to the Department of Public Works,
State of California, any additions or deletions from-its mileage of maintained
county roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or deleted;
and
~rdHEREAS, the Department of Public Idorks, State of Calif ornia,
certified to the State Controller on March 31, l9bb, that the total mileage of
maintained county roads in Butte County was 1433.31 miles; and
adI~REAS, Butte County now finds that the total mileage of maintained
county roads is 1437.1b miles;
NOW, THEN~FORE, it is resolved that the mileage of maintained county
roads certified March 31, 196b, be corrected in accordance with the indications
in color on the accompanying maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance with the
additions or corrections to the attached tabulation marked Exhibit "B", both
exhibits being made a part of this resolution, by incorporation herein, and
which said exhibits specify the termini and mileage of each route added or
deleted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 26th day of April ,
19bb, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
