BOARD OF 'SUPERVISOR'S
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION REQUESTING RESTORATION OF
MANZANITA SCHOOL DISTRICT FUNDS
WHIItEA5, the MAN~ANITA SCHOOL DISTRICT, a school district
situate wholly within the County of Butte, State of California,
neglected, through error and omission, to budget for repayment of
state building fund loan during the 1965-66 school year to the
State of California; and
WHEREAS, tax was not levied to cover the amount owed, to wit,
the sum of $7,549.96,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS, that the County of Butte request that the aforesaid
sum of $7,549.96 be restored to the aforesaid MANZANITA SCHOOL
DISTRICT for the 1965-66 school year, pursuant to the provisions
of Chapter 10, Statutes of 1966, Ist Extraordinary Session.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 3rd day of May, 1966, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
