RESOLUTION NO. - G6e70
RESOLUTION ADOPTING LA1vD, USE ELEMENT,
BIGGS-GRIDLEY-RICIIVALE SECTION,
GEDTERAL PLAN FOR BUTTE COUNTY
WI3EREAS, the Butte County Planning Commission has completed
the Land Use Element of the Biggs-Gridley-Richvale Section of the"
General Plan for Butte County, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission and the Board of Super-
visors have conducted public hearings as required by statutes pf
the State of California, and
WHEREAS, said Land Use Element of the Biggs-Gridley-Richvale
Section of the General Plan for Butte County is a guide for tine
orderly and beneficial development of Butte County.
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that the Land Use Ele-
ment of the Biggs-Gridley-Richvale Section of the General Plan for
Butte County as shown on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof, be approved.
BE IT FURTIiER RESOLVED THAT a Certified copy of said map and
a copy of this- Resolution be submitted to the City of Biggs, and. to
the City of Gridley.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on motion of Supervisor
Pryde seconded by Supervisor Howsden on this
