BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
1 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
2 RESOLUTION AND ORDER EXCEPTING HOPERTY IN THE CITY OF OROVILLE
F-ROM STRUCTURAL FIRE TAX

4 WHEREAS, the CITY OF OROVILLE, has petitioned
5 the Board of Supervisors, in writing, for the exclusion of property
6 from the levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which said
7 petition is supported by a Resolution of the governing body of
8' said District, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the Gavern-
9 ment Code of the State of California;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the Board of
11 Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
12 follows:
13 1, That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of the
L4 Government Code of the State of California, all property within
15 the limits of the CITY OF OROVILLE in the County of Butte, includin;
is all property which. may hereafter be annexed to said City prior
17 to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby excluded to -said City
~g prior to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby excluded from a
lg tax levy to provide funds for structural fire protection of the
20 areas in the County of Butted
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of .Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California this 24th day of May, 196b,
