ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. ~~ - 7~
.AWARDING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1966, this Board adopted
Resolution No. 66-52, Resolution of Intention, and described
therein certain public improvement work proposed to be built
for Butte Creek Estates Assessment District, and
W~IERE9S, on April 19, 1966, this Bvard directed
the Clerk to advertise for bids far doing said work and to
receive said bids on May 17, 1966, and
WHEREAS, on May 24, 1966, this Board adopted
Resolution No. 66-~ and therein ordered the public
improvement work to be constructed that was described in said
Resolution of Intention and in the Report prepared pursuant
to said Resolution of Intention which Report this Board duly
approved also in said Resolution No. 66- ~~ ,and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has duly advertised for bids
and this Board of Supervisors has received them and has in
open session duly opened and examined and declared all bids
received.

Nt7JV THEREFORE,
RESOLVED BX THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE:
1. That each of the recitals to this Resolution
is true.
2. That this Board hereby rejects all bids received
upon the public improvement work for Butte~~Creek Estates Assess- /
maxt )istrict except the bid of ~~.4.t.G~ ~~~~
C.O 7f ~ [and h eby f~'inds and determine s that
_~~ (.,® is the lowest and best bidder
and hereby awards the contract to ~,~~~
at the unit prices named in ,~~
bid on file with the Clerk.
3. That this Board hereby authorizes and directs
the C~.airman of this Board to execute a contract with ;e ~~
on behalf of the County of Butte binding
said
to do the work for Butte Creek Estates Assessment District
described in said Resolution of Intention and in said Report
at the unit prices in ~ bid which contract shall be
substantially in conformity with the style of contract attached
to said Report and approved by this Board.
4. That the Clerk is hereby din®®ected to give

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY'
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS z4tn DAY OF May ,
