RESOLUTION EXEMPTING CITY OF OROVILLE AIRPORT PROPERTY
FROM TAXATION
~iHEREAS.:.the City of Oroville has petitioned the Board
of Supervisors for the exemption of property from taxation
pursuant to Article 13, Section 1, of the California Constitution,
and Section 4986 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of
California.
NOS, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
1, That the certain property designat ed as airport
property owned by the City of Oroville, a municipal corporation,
a description of which is attached to the Petition for Exemption
is .hereby exempted from all taxes .hereafter, so long as said
ownership remains with the City of Orovilie.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the Count
of Butte, State of California, this lG.th day of dune, 19669 by
the following vote:
AYES:$upervisors kIowsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman GiJ.es
