RESOLUTION N0. 66-91
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING HEALTH INSURANCE BID FOR EMPLOYEES
'4IHEREA'S, prior to June 14, 196b, the Board of Supervisors o
the County of Butte put out for bid the Butte County Employees'
Health Insurance; and
~+YHEREA'S, it has been determined by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that California Physicians Insurance Company has
submitted the lowest qualified bid,
NOS, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
of the County of Butte, State of California that the bid presented
by the California Physicians Insurance Company is accepted, and
that Kitrick's Insurance Agency, Price Insurance Service, Dahlmeier
Brothers and Dayton Sayer of Riley and Sweeney, shall be jointly
and severally responsible for administeing the said health
insurance programo
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 21st day of June, 1966,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, Pryde and Chairman Giles ~
