SPECIAL NOTES: - -
Education Code Section 21809 provides that the bonds shall be signed by the chairman of the board of supervisors "or by such other member
thereof as the board of supervisors shall by resolution adopEcd by aFour-fifths vote of all its members, authorize and designate for that purpose".
If it is desired to have the bonds signed by such member rather Shan the chairman, then ^te Resolution and Ordeq and the bond farm, should be
changed accordingly, and the Resolution and Order must he adopted by such four-fifths vote.
Education Codc Section 2205[ provides far redemption-of school bonds prior to their maturity at the option of the governing board of the school
district The prescribed statutory procedure and the widediversity of possible redemption provisions render impracticable a general printed form for
such matters. It is therefore suggested, should redemption provisions be desired, that competent financial and legal advice be first obtained.
Education Cade Section 22052 authorizes the board of supervisors to divide Ate p ip 1 ovnt of any issue into two or more series and
fix different dates for the bonds of each series. If this is done, instead of this form use Form No, a5015-A for Series A and use Form No. 5015-B for
any series subsequent Co Series A,
