RESOLUTION NO. 66-97
1 RESOTSUTTON AMENDING MASTER PLAN OF
PARKS AND RECREATION, COUNTY OF BUTTE,
,2. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
31~ WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
~ State of California, did adopt the Master Plan of Parks and Recxeati
6. Butte County, on May 26, 1952; and
6 WHEREAS, it is necessary to review said Master Plan of Parks
7 and Recreation, Butte County, and to make changes to meet current
S conditions; and
!9 WHEREAS, public hearings were conducted by the Planning Com-
10 mission of the County of Butte, State of California, for the purpose
11 of amending said Master Plan of Parks and Recreation, Butte County;
12 and
13 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of the
14` County of Butte, State of California, to amend said Master Plan of
15 Parks and Recreation, Butte County, as shown on said map,
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE$OLVE33 by the Board of Supervisors of
17 the County of Sutte, State of California, that the amendment to the
18 aster Plan of Parks and Recreation, Butte Gounty, as shown on the
19 two maps attached hereto, and made a part hereof, be adopted as the
20 Master Plan of Parks and Recreation of the County of Butte, State of
21 California.
22 The foregoing Resolution was adopted on motion by Supervisor.
23 , seconded by Supervisor Maxon , and said Reso-
24 lotion was passed on this 28~h day of June ~ 1966, on roll call
25; y the following votes
26 AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, pryde and Chairman Giles
27; NOES: None
28 ABSENT: Hone
