RESOLUTION ADOPTNtG STREETS AND HIGH4dAY PLAN,
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~dHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, authorized the Butte County planning Commission to prepare a
Streets and Highway plan; and
WHEREAS, said Streets and Highway Plan is to provide for and insure
the preservation of the orderly economic growth and development, and insure
an adequate highway transportation system for the County of Butte; and
WHEREAS, Public Hearings were conducted by the Planning Commission
of the County of Butte, State of California, for the purpose of adopting
said Streets and Highway plan for Butte County; and
j,1~iEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, to adopt said Streets and Highway plan for
Butte County as shown on said mapso
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that the Stt'eets and Highway Plan,
Butte County, California, as shown by maps attached hereto, and made part
hereof, be adopted as the Streets and Highway Element of the General Plan
of the County of Butte, State of Californian
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on motion by Supervisor
Pryde T, seconded by Supervisor McKillop , and said Resolution
was passed on this 28t~~ day of June , 1966, on roll ca7.7. by the folln~ring
vote;
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Mammon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
