AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 431 AS AMENDED BY
ORDINANCE N0. 557 BEING THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Butte County Ordinance No. 431, as amended by Butte
County Ordinance No, 557, is hereby amended as follows:

That there shall be added to said Ordinance NoP 431, Section
7001, to read as. fol]:ows:
SECTION 70,1: FEE FOR FILING FINAL MAP. A subdivider upon
submission of a final map shall pay a final map checking fee, the
amount of said fee to be determined and fixed by the Board of
Supervisors from time to time, by order of said Board duly entered
upon its minutes, and in addition to said final map checking fee,
the subdivider shall pay a street improvement .inspection fee, in a
sum equal to Three Per Cent (3~) of the estimated cost of street
and related improvements, which estimated cost shall be determined
by the Director of Public Works.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect Thirty (30) days after its
passage, provided, however, that the street improvement inspection
fee required by said Section 70,1 shall not become operative until
Six (6) months after the date of the passage of this Ordinance;
before the expiration of Fifteen (15) days after its ;.'passage, this
Ordinance -.shall be published once with the names of the members of
the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in Parar~;ca

ADOPTED AND PASSED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY
of BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA:y on the 26th day of October, 1959 by
the following vote:
