BDARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FUND ENTITLED
"COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ENTERPRISE FUND"
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
did by Resolution No, 66-28, passed and adopted on March 1, 1966,
establish the Butte County Hospital as a Community Ho vital, and
WHEREAS, the services to be furnished to the general
public by the Community Hospital will be financed primarily by
charges for such services, and
WHEREAS, to establish fiscal control over the operations
of the Community Hospital the use of an Enterprise Fund will be
advantageous, and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25261. grants authority
to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
farnia, to establish such a fund,
NOW, THI~tEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF SUPER-
UTSORS OF THE COUTdTY OF BUTTE, STATE of CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. There shall be established in the County of Butte a
fund to be known as t°Community Hospital Enterprise Fund".
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California., held on the 5~h
day of July ,1966, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
