7, COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALII'ORNIA
2 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF
REAL PROPERTY

4 ~ WHEREAS, Notice of Intention To Purchase Real Property, said
5 real property being described herein, was published pursuant to
6 Section 25350 of the Government Code; and
7 WHEREAS, no protest having been made to the aforementioned
8 purchase; and
9 WHEREAS, the vendors have offered to sell to the County of
10 Butte for the sum of $5,000.00, a parcel of property which has
1Z been determined suitable for the erection of a county building;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
13 of the County of Butte as follows:
14 That the following described real property be purchased for
15 the sum of $5,000.00:
16 All that certain real property situate in the City of
Gridley, County of Butte, State of California, described
17 as follows:
18 Lot 2 in Block C of Richards Addition to Gridley,
according to the Official Map thereof entitled, Eastern
19 Part of the Town of Gridley, which map was filed in the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
20 California, February 4, 1885 in Book 8 of Maps at page 31,
Records of Butte County.

Excepting tl~ refrom the east 60 feet of the north 140
22 feet thereof and the west 90 feet of the north 110 feet
thereof.

24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County of Butte shall con-
25 summate the purchase of the above described real property upon the
26 terms and conditions set forth in that certain Notice of Intention
27 To Purchase Real Property referred to above.
28 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
29 of Butte, State of California, this ~ (~ day of July, 1966, by the
30 following vote:
