A RESOLUTION AUTiiORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT
EXERCISE. OF POWERS AGREEMENT
WOODLANDS, UNIT N0. 2
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, California, that the County approve and accept, and that
the Chairman of said Board is hereby authorized to execute, and
the County Clerk of said County to attest, that certain point
exercise of powers agreement relating to the construction, opera-
tion and maintenance of a water distribution system ir_~ the
Woodlands, Unit No. 2 assessment district, a copy of which has
heretofore been presented to this Board, between this County and
the Paradise Irrigation District, a public corporation.

PASSED and ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, California, this 26th day of JULY ,
3.966, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor of said Resolution,

CiIAIRMAN GI?~ES .
NOES, and against said Resolution,
