BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION FREEING FOR SALE RESERVEB LOT IN OLIVE
IIOMESI TES
WHEREAS, heretofore a note on the recorded subdivision map
of the Olive Homesites indicated that certain lots would be
reserved, pending a resolution of the Butte County Board of
Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, this board has been advised that necessity for the
restriction from sale has been eliminated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE as follows:
That Lot 4, as set forth on the Map of Olive Homesites,
Unit No. 2, recorded September 27, 1962, in Book 28 of Maps, at
pages 19 and 20, is freed for sale by this resolution.

the following vote:
