ORDER AND RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY
OF BUTTE, PROVIDING FOR CONSOLIDATION OF CHICO AREA
RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT ELECTION OF TRUSTEES WITH
THE GENERAL'STi9TEWIDE ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 8, 1966
~G7HEREAS, the Governing Board of the Chico Area Recreation
and Park District of Butte County, California, has called and
ordered to be held in said district on the 8th day of November,
1966, a special district election, and has requested this board
to order consolidation of said special district election with
the statewide General Election to be held November 8, 1966,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY ~F BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
follows:
1. That the special district election to be held in the
Chico Area Recreation and Park District on November 8, 1966, at
which election there shall be submitted to the qualified electors
of said district the names of the candidates for said board, is to
be consolidated with the statewide election to be held on November
8, 1966.
2. That the returns of said special district election for
the Chico Area Recreation and Park District shall be canvassed,
or caused to be, by the County Clerk of Butte County and certified
to the Governing Board of the district. Further, said consolidate
special district election of Chico Area Recreation and Farlc
District Board and the statewide General Election shall be held
in all respects as though there were only one election.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNTA, this 26th day of .3u1y, 1966, by
the following voter
