BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
ORDER ANII RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY
OF BUTTE, PROVIDING FOR CONSOLIDATION OF PARADISE RECREATION
AMID-PARK DISTRICT ELECTION OF TRUSTEES WITH THE GENERAL
STATEWIDE ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVII~IBER 8, 1966

6 WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Paradise Recreation
7 and Park District of Butte County, California, has called and
8 ordered to be held in said district on the 8th day of November,
9 1966, a special district election, and has requested this board
10 to order consolidation of said special district election with
11 the statewide General Election to be held November 8, 1966,
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
13 SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as
14 follows:
15 1. That the special district election to be held in the
16 Paradise Recreation and Park District on November 8, 1966, at
17 which election there shall be submitted to the qualified electors
18 of said district the names of the candidates for said board, is to
19 be consolidated with the statewide election. to be held on November
20 8, 1966.
21 2. That the returns of said special district election for
22 the Paradise Recreation and Park District shall be canvassed,
83 or caused to be, by the County Clerk of Butte County and certified
24 to the Governing Board of the district. Further, said consolidate
2g special district election of Paradise Recreation and Park District
26 Board and the statewide General Election shall be held in all
27 respects as though these were only one election.
28 PASSED AND ADOPTED. by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
29 OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, this 26th day of July,, 1966, by
30 the following vote:
