3 ORDER AND RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPE[tVISORS,.CQUNTY
OF BUTTE, PROVIDING FOR CONSOLIDATION OF FEATHER RIVER
4 RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT ELECTION OF TRUSTEES WITH
THE GENERAL STATEWIDE ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 8, 19bb

6 WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Feather River Recreation
7 and Park District of Butte County, Califarnia, has called and
8 ordered to be held in said district on the 8th day of November,
9 196b, a special district election, and has requested this board
14 to order consolidation of said special district election with
1Z the statewide General Election to be held November $, 196b,
12 N0~7, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
13: SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, 'STATE QF CALIFORNIA, as
14 follows:
15 1. That the special district election to be held in the
16' Feather River Recreation and Park District on November S, 1966, at
17 which. election there shall be submitted to the qualified electors
18 of said district the names of the candidates for said board, is to
19 be consolidated with the statewide election to be held an November
20` $, 1966.
21 2. That the returns of said special district election for
22 the Feather River Recreation and Park District shall be canvassed,
23. or caused to be, by the County Clerk of Butte County and certified
24 to the Governing Board of the district. Further, said consolidate
2g special district election of Feather River Recreation and Park
26' District Board. .and the statewide General Election shall be held in
27 all respects as though there were only one election.
28 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPII2VISORS OF THE COUNTY
