WHEREAS Section 8950 of the Health and Safety Code
provides that the Board of Supervisors may. increase the number
of trustees. of a cemetery district from three to five upon
petition; anal
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has been petitioned
to increase said number of trustees from three to five,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE that the number of trustees for the
KIMSHEW CEMETERY DISTRICT is hereby increased from three in
number to five.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1966, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillopti Pryde and Cha3.rman Giles
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
