ACCEPTING CONV'EY'ANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, on May 24, 1966, this Board in its Resolu-
tion No. 66-76 ordered the County Surveyor of the County of
Butte, California, to acquire by purchase for the County of
Butte, certain public improvement work that is now installed
and constructed on a portion of ESTATES DRNE in said County
and within and adjacent to the boundaries of the subdivision
known as BUTTE CREEK ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT N0. ONE, and
WHEREAS, the County Surveyor has this day presented
a document bearing the title
Conveyance of Improvements
which has been signed by Butte Creek Estates, a corporation,
and by which. said corporation conveys, transfers and grants to
the County of Butte designated public improvement work des-
cribed therein that is located on a portion of Estates Drive
in and adjacent to said subdivision known as BUTTE CREEK ESTATES
SUBDNISION UNIT N0. ONE, and
WHEREAS, this Board is of the opinion that the items
transferred to the County of Butte by Butte Creek Estates by
said Conveyance of Improvements are the items this Board ordered

the County Surveyor to acquire for the County of Butte in pro-
ceedings commenced by this Board in its Resolution No. 66-52,
Resolution of Intention, adapted April 19, 1966.
NOW THEREFORE
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, CALIFORNIA
That the Conveyance of Improvements dated August 12 ,
1966 executed by Butte Creek Estates, a corporation, to the
County of Butte, California, the same being the CONVEYANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS described in the Recitals of this Resolution be
and it is hereby accepted by the County of Butte. and the County
Surveyor shall record the same in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Butte, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, THIS 16th DAY OF AUGUST 1966,
by the following vote:
AYES: SUPERVISORS $OW6DEN~ MAXON, McKILLOP, PR1'DE, and
CHAIRMAN GII,ES .
NOES: SUPERVTSORS NONE.
ABSENT: SUPERVISORS NONE.
