HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-130W~7M&L:F `:gb 8/17/b6 8C RESOLUTION N0. 66-z~Q A RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS FOR ANNEXATION BUTTE COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. ~4 ANNEXATION N0. 1966-1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, California, that WHEREAS, a petition signed by the owners of not less than ten per cent (IOgo') of the value of the territory proposed to be annexed has been presented to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte requesting annexation to Butte County Service Area No . ~4; and ~~ WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Butte County has de- I termined that services of the type now being provided within Butte County Service Area No. ~ should be provided in the terri- tory described in the aforesaid petition and as described in Ex- hibit "A" hereto attached and by reference incorporated herein and said territory is unincorporated territory in the County of Butte; NOW, THEREFORE, IT'IS RESOLVED, as follows: That the territory herein described is proposed to be annexed to Butte County Service Area No. 4. That the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed tp Butte Ceunty Service Area No. ~4 are described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and by reference incorporated herein. That the following types of services are provided within Butte County Service Area No. 4: 1.
