BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION NO. 56-131
RESOLUTION ADOPTING LAND USE ELEMENT,
PARADISE-MAGALIA-STIRLING CITY SECTION,
GENERAL PLAN FOR BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Butte County Planning Commission has completed
the Land Use Element of the Paradise-Magalia-Stirling City Section
of the General Plan for Butte County, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisor
conducted public hearings as required by statutes of the State
of California, and
WHEREAS, said Land Use Element of the Paradise-Magalia-
Stirling City Section of the General Plan for Butte County is a
guide for the orderly and beneficial development of Butte County.
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, State of California, that the. Land Use Element
of the Paradise-Magalia-Stirling City Section of the General Plan
for Butte County as shown on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof, be approved.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted on motion of Supervisor
de seconded by Supervisor Hawsden , on this 23rd day of
Au~vst___ 1966, on roll call as follows:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: Supervisor Maxon
NOT VOTING: None
