HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-138RL`SOLUTION N0. 66- 13Ei BOARD OF SUPERVISORS l: 2 3 5 6 17, 8 9 10 11 12 13 1~ 15' is 17- 18 19; 20 21 22 23 24 2S 28 2'7 28 29 30 31: COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN NORTH SACRAMENTO VALZ.EY COOPERATIVE LIBRARY SYSTEM WHEREAS, on March 2, 1965, the County of Butte, by its Resolution No. 65-21, authorized a library survey; and WHEREAS, said library survey has been completed and presented to the respective counties and cities participating; and WHEREAS, in order to implement the recommendations of said survey, a program covering the Counties of Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Shasta, Sutter, Tehama, and Trinity, together with the Cities of Chico, Marysville, Orland, Oroville, and Willows, is necessary; and WHEREAS, such a program is proposed, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A", NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPII2VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE that the Librarian of the County of Butte be, and is hereby, authorized to execute the application for services planning grant. Said application is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A",'.and made a part hereof by reference.
