RESOLUTION IN RE PARi{ING ON DAYTON-DUR~l~1M T-TIGTIWA'Y'
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
SE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows;
1, That the parking or standing of vehicles on the here
after-described portion of "Dayton=,E~xrham Highway is restricted to
(1} one-hour time limits between the hours of 6 A.M, to 6 P.M.
daily except Sundays and holidays, and the portion of said road an
which the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited is des-
cribed as follows, to wit:
(a) Along the northerly curb line of Dayton-T~xrham
Highway from the easterly curb line of Good-
speed Street to a point 161 feet easterly of
the said curb line of Goodspeed Street.
2. That (1) one-hour parking, 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. except
Sundays and holidays, signs be placed at appropriate locations on
said road,
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section
22507 of the Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution con-
stitutes a misdemeanor in accordance with Section 40000 of said
Vehicle Code.
PAS$ED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
of Butte, State of Ca1i.f arnia at the regular meeting thereof on the
13th day of September , 1966, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop~ Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None '
