RESOLUTION NO . 66-146
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO RELINQUISHMENT OF RELOCATED
AND RECONSTRUCTED COUNTY ROAD CONNECTION IN THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, ROAD 3-BUT-99 - P.M. 3.13
WHEREAS, the State of California has acquired right of way
for and has relocated and reconstructed West Liberty Road connect-
ion, road 3-But-99 - P.M. 3.13; and
WHEREAS, the County of Butte does hereby find and determine
that it is desirable and in the public interest that said relocate
and reconstructed county road connection be relinquished by the
California Highway Commission to the County of Butte for use as
a county road connection; and
WHEREAS, the relocated and reconstructed county road
connection in the County of Butte, together with the right of way
and appurtenances thereof, is described as follows:
A11 that relocated and reconstructed county road
connection (West Liberty Road) indicated by color
shading on that certain highway Title Map labeled
Relinquishment Request No. 20395-X,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Butte
hereby consents to the relinquishment of the hereinahove desc-
ribed relocated o.nd reconstructed county road connection and
requests the California Highway Commission take legal action
under Section 73 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, to accomplish the purpose and intent of this
resolution, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that certified copies of this
resolution be delivered by the Clerk of the County of Butte to
the Division oi' Highways of the State of California for
transmittal to the California Highway Commission for the action
1; of said Commission under Section 73 of the Streets and Highways
2 Code of the State of California.
