BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH HIGHWAY

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, that the hereinafter-described county road be declared
a through highway, and the Director of Public Works is hereby instructed to
have legal STOP signs erected at the necessary entrance thereto:
1. NUNNELLY ROAD between the easterly right-of-way line of
Clark Road and the easterly right-of-way line of Saw Mill Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 18th day of October , 196b,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Main n, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
