i I ~ ~' l ~ RES02;3TION AND ORDER NO, 66- 162 2 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS COUNTY OF BUTTES STATE OF CALIFORNIA 3 ORDER ABANDONING COUNTY HIC`h~WAYSa OR PORTIONS THEREOF 4 (PORTION OF OROVILLE-QUINCY ROAD) 5 This matter came on regularly for hearing before the 6 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, I 7 on Tuesday, the 15th day of November, 1966, at 10:30 a.. m. of said 8 da.y in the Supervisors' room of the Butte County Courthouse 9 fronting on Huntoon Street, in Oroville, Butte County, California, 10 and it appearing to said Board that a NOTICE AND RESOLUTION OF 11 INTENTION TO ABANDON COUNTY HIGHWAYS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AND 12 NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING of said abandonment was duly 13 and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and evidence, 14 both oral and documentary, having been produced at said hearing, Z5 from which said Board now finds that the hereinafter described 16 county highway and portions thereof are unnecessary for present 17 and prospective use; 18 NOWT THEREFOREa IT IS HEREBX ORDERED as follows: 19 1. That the county highways, or portions thereof, 20 situate in the County of Butte, State of California, a.s hereinafter 21 more particularly described, are hereby abandoned. 22 2. That the description of said county highways, or 23 portions thereof, so abandoned by this order are situate in the 24 County of Butte, State of California, and are fully and particularl 25 described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof 26 as if specifically set forth herein in detail. 27 3.
