COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF "HOME NURSING SERVICE ENTERPRISE
FUND" TO"HOME HEALTH AGENCY ENTERPRISE FUND".
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 63-139 dated November 19, 1963, the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, esta-
blished the fund entitled "HOME NURSING SERVICE ENTERPRISE FUND", and
WHEREAS, .the scope and structure of the Home Nursing Services has
changed to a county-wide operation under license of the Bureau of Hospitals
and the Social Security Administration, and
WHEREAS, present law refers to such an enterprise fund as a
"HOME HEALTH AGENCY",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sum rvisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That the fund entitled "HOME NURSING SERVICE ENTERPRISE FUND"
shall be changed to "HOME HEALTH AGENCY ENTERPRISE FUND".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, on this 20th day of December 19 66 ~
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Giles
NOES: None
ABSENT:' None
