BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION TREEING FOR SALE RESERVED LOTS IN OLIVE
WHEREAS, heretofore a note on the recorded subdivision map
of the Olive Homesites indicated that certain lots would be re-
served, pending a resolution of the Butte County Board of Super-
visors; and
WHEREAS, this board has been advised that necessity for the
restriction from sale has been eliminated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, as follows:
That lots 1, 7, 10 and 12 as shown on that certain Map
entitled, "OLIVE HOMESTTES UNIT NO. 1", which Map was recorded
November 19, 1959 in Book 24 of Maps, at page 17 and 18, and Lots
10 and 11, as shown on that certain Map entitled, "OLIVE I~OMESITES
UNIT N0. 2", which Map was recorded in the office of the Recorder
of the County of Butte, State of California, September 27, 1962 in.
Map Book 28, at pages 19 and 20, are freed for sale by this
resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County
20th
of Butte, State of California, this nth day of IIecember, 1966, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisaxs Howsden, Maxon, Mclrillap, Prgde and Chairman Giles
NOES : Nane
ABSENT : None
