ORDINANCE NO. 665
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 652 BY
ADDING THERETO AN ADDITIONAL THROUGHWAY
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
(Vehicle Code, Sections 82.5 and 471)

WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of 1r, f959 the Board of Supervisor;
of the County of Butte, State of California, duly adopted and passed an.
Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Through Highways in the Count
of Butte, State of California"; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the County of Butte has
recommended to said Board that the hereinafter described highway be made
a through highway and added to those so described in said Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, do ordain as follows:
That Butte County Ordinance NO. 652 is hereby amended as
follows:
1, That there shall be added to paragraph 1 of said Ordinance the
following subparagraph establishing an additional through highway as follows,
to wit:
52. Olive Highway between the southeasterly line of Oroville Dam
Boulevard and the easterly line of Wyandotte-Miners Ranch Raad.
2, That said through highway herein described shall become a part
of safd Butte County Ordinance No, 652 and shall be subject to all of
the paragraphs and provisions therein contained,
This Ordinance shall be, and is hereby declared to be fn full force and
effect from and after sixty (60) days after the date of its passage and before th
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be pub
lisped once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
for and against it in the Orov9.lle Mercury a
aewspaper published in the County of Butte, .State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
