HEARING (Pursuant to Business & Professions Code, Section 11537) BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVISOR'S of the COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows: 1. That it is the intention of said Board of Supervisors to revert to acreage portions of the subdivision hereinafter described and to abandon the roads therein hereinafter described, that said subdivision and roads therein are unnecessary for prospective public used 2. That the hearing on this Notice and Resolutian for Revision to Acreage and Abandonment of Roads therein shall be heard on Tuesday, January 17, 1966, at 11:00 A.M. of said day, in the Supervisor's Room in the Butte County Courthouse, fronting on Huntoon Street in Oroville, California, at which time said Board will hear evidence of any partyinterestedo 3. That a copy of this Notice and Resolution shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Butte, and hereinafter designated by this Board, at least once a week for two successive weeks priar to the date fixed for hearing. 4. That the subdivision and lots therein which are to revert to acreage, and the streets therein which shall be abandoned are described as fallows: Lots 1 through 12, Lots 44 through 53, Lots 54 through 79, Lots 80 through 85 and Lots l30 through 134 of that certain subdivision known as Olive Glen Estates Subdivision recorded in the official records of Butte County in map book 28 at pages 35, 36 and 37. a 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 2;5 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 The following roads shall not be on the revised subdivision map and therefore shall be considered as abandoned: Bowling Drive and Brentwood day south of Meadowview .Drive 5.
