4 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CF.ANGE THE NAMES
OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS

g BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County
ry of Butte, State of California, as follows:
g 1. That it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors
9 of the County of Butte, State of California, to change the names
10 of the following county hig hways, to wit:
I1 PRESENT NAME LOCATION NEW NAME
~,2 Warren Street Chico Area West 7th Street
13 Graves Street Chico .Area Hickory Street
14 2. That the hearing of this Resolution of Intention to Change
15 the Names of County Highways, as described above, will be held

16 on Tuesday, the 17th day of January, 1967, at 11:00 .~.M. of said
17 day, in the Supervisors' Room of the Butte County Courthouse,
18 fronting on Huntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, -State of
].9 California.
20 3o That a copy of this Resolution of Intention shall be
21 posted in at least three (3) public places along the County
22 highways proposed to be affected; such posting to be completed
23 at least ten (10) days before the day set for the hearing, in
24 accordance with. Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways Code
25 of the State of California.
26 4. At the time set for the hearing, or at any time to
27 which the hearing shall be continued, the Board of Supervisors
28 shall herein consider proposals to adopt the names for, or change
29 the names of, the county highways hereinabove described, and any
30 objections to such proposal.
