RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTUAL COST CONTRACT BETWEEN
COUNTY OF BUTTE AND PACLE'IC CAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY
COHASSET ROADS FAS 13362)
WETEREASs County of Butte proposes to realign the Cohasset Road from
Keefer Road to 1.6 miles northerly; and
LZIiEREAS, the realignment of Cohasset Road necessitates the crossing
of a PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY high voltage pole line and easement which
will require the relocation of one pole;
NOWs THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board o~ Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California as follows:
1. That said Board hereby approves that certain actual cost contract
made the day of .7anuary , 1967 , by and between
PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY and COUNTY OF BUTTE, wherein a joint use
easement is granted to County of Butte and actual cost of said pole relo-
cations work is contained.
2. The Chairman of this Board is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the County of Butte, said contract, and his signature attested to
by the Clerk of this Board and acknowledged.
3. That a certified copy of this resolution be attached by the
clerk of said Board to said contract and the required copies thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, this 10th day of 3anuaxy ~ 1967 ,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
