RESOLUTION NO. 67 -~
BOARD OF SUPERVT;SORS
COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOhUTION AND ORDER CHANGING THE NAME OF COUNTY
HIGHWAYS IN BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
heretofore passed a Resolution of Intention to Change the Name of
Certain County Highways, ~ tuate in Butte County, California,
which said Resolution of Intention was dated the 3rd day of
January, 13b7; and
WWHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention designated the 17th
day of January, 1367, at 1:30 P.Mo of said day, in the Supervisors
Room in the Butte County Courthouse fronting on Huntoon Street
in the City of Oroville, State of California, as the time and
'place of hearing thereof; and
~iEREAS, said hearing was properly noticed and held, and
upon said hearing the board considered the proposal to change the
names of certain County Highways; as stated in the Resolution of
Intention to change the name of certain County Highways, avi
heard any and all objections thereto, and said board finds, that
said proposed changes of name of said County Highways is in the
best interest of the county,
N01~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
That the names of the following County Highways, situate ii
Butte County, California, be changed as follows:

Warren Street 33fest 7th street
Graves Btreet Hickory Street
