RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN
TO EXECUTE RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTT~'ICATION N0. 3
FOR FAS PROJECT 1336(2) COHASSET ROAD
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Right-of-Way Certification No. 3, dated January 31,
1967, in the name of the County of Butted
PASSID AND ADOFTID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State o£ California at the regular meeting thereof en the 37.st
day of January , 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING None

ROUTE 99, NEAR CHICO)
The County of Butte hereby certifies in connection with the right
of way for FAS Project 1336(2) Cohasset Road, that:
All required right of way for construction of this project has now
been covered by resolution of Board of Supervisors authorizing condemnation.

above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however,
all utilities will be moved prior to commencement of construction,

No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the
right of way.
In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold the
tate of California harmless from any liability which. may be established by and
n the event the right of way is not clear as herein certifiedo
