RESOLUTION AND NOTICE DECLARING INTENTION TO
SELL REAL PROPERTY (Government Code Section
25526, et sea.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1. That said board hereby declares that it intends to sell
the following property, situate in the County of Butte, and
described as follows:
A lot on Burlington Street between B and
C Streets in Oroville, described as Lot 3,
Block 339 Bowers Addition, Assessor's parcel
No. AP 35-099-02, known as the. Guy: E. Feight
property.
2. That the terms and conditions of said sale are as
follows:
(a) The highest responsible bid will be considered subject
to the right of the Board of Supervisors to reject all bids.
(b) That the terms of the pruchase of said real property
are cash, or terms that will be acceptable as follows: 10% there»
of to accompany bid, and balance to be paid at the minimum rate
of $100.00 per month, with interest at the rate of 6% on the
unpaid balance, secured by a Deed of Trust.
(c) That the form of conveyance shall be a Grant Deed,
purchaser shall pay the cost of title insurance.
3, That Tuesday, the 28th day of February, 1967, at 11:00
a.m. of said day, is hereby fixed as the time at which the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, at a meeting of said board,
will receive sealed proposals to purchase said real property and
will consider said sealed proposals, and the place of said
meeting will be in the Supervisors' Room of the Courthouse,
situate on Huntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, County of
Butte, State of California,

4. That no commission will be paid for this sale.
5. That notice of the adoption of this resolution and the
time and place of holding the meeting to consider sealed proposals
for the purchase of said real property shall be given by posting a
copy of this resolution., signed by the Chairman of the Bo ard, in
three (3) public places in the county not less than fifteen (15)
days before the date of the meeting, and by publishing the notice
in the county pursuant to Section 6063 of the Government Code,
to wit, once a week for three (3) successive weeks.
6, At the time and place fixed herein for the meeting to
consider sealed proposals for the purchase of said real property,
the highest qualifying bid will be accepted, unless upon a call
for oral bids, such oral bids shall exceed by at least 5% of the
highest written proposal.
7. The Board of Supervisors shall consider written prop-
osals and oral bids separately and reserve the right to accept
or reject all written proposals and/or oral bids.
