BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
1 COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
2 RESOLUTION AND ORBER EXCEPTING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
GRIDT..EY FROM 'STRUCTURAL FIRE TAX

4 WHEREAS, the CITY OF GRIDLEY has petitioned the Board of
5 Supervisors, in writing, for the exclusion of property from the
6 levy of taxes for structural fire protection, which said petition ',
ry is supported by a resolution of the governing body of said
8 district, all in accordance with Section 25643 of the Government
9 Code of the State of California,
10 NOW, THEREF®RE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED by the Board of
11 Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
12 follows:
13 1. That pursuant to the provisions of Section 25643 of the
1~ Government Code of the State of California, all property within
15 the limits of the CITY OF GRIDLEY in the County of Butte, includ-
16 ing all property which may hereafter be annexed to said city prior
17 to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby excluded to said city
lg prior to tax levy being made thereon, is hereby excluded from a
lg tax levy to provide funds for structural fire protection of the
20 areas in the County of Butte.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California, this 7th day of February,
23 1967, by the following vote:
24 AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman iiowsden
