COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CAI:IFORNTA
RESOLUTION AND NOTICE DECLARING INTENTION TO SELL
REAL PROPERTY (Government Code Section 2$526, et seq)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, 'State of California, as follows:
to That said board hereby declares that it intends. to sell
the following property, situate in the County of Butte, and desc-
ribed as follows:
The westerly 29° of Lot 98, Lee Higgins Tract,
Oroville, California (1875 Ft. Wayne Street), A.P. ~~,35-
145-31, Ft. Wayne and Lincoln 'Streets Oroville, Calif.
2. That the terms and conditions of said sale are as
follows:
(a) lOQ/ of the bid price shall accompany the bid.
(b) The minimum acceptable bid is $750.00.
(c) Payment shall be in cash or on the following terms:
$75x00 down and balance upon delivery of deed.
(cl) That the form of conveyance shall be a Grant Deed.
Purchaser shall pay the cost of title insurance.
3. That Tuesday, the 14th day of March, 1967, at 11:00
a.m. of said day, is fixed as the time at which the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, at a meeting of said board,
will receive sealed proposals to purchase said real property and
will consider said sealed proposals, the place of said meeting
will be in the Supervisors' Room of the Courthouse, situate on
Huntoon Street, in the City of Oroville, County of Butte, State
of California.
4o That no commission will be paid for this saleo
5o That notice of the adoption of this resolution and the
time and place of holding the meeting to consider sealed proposals
for the purchase of said real property shall be given by posting

a copy of this resolution, signed by the Chairman of the Board, in
three (3) public places in the county not less than fifteen C15)
days before the date of the meeting, and by publishing the notice
in the county pursuant to Section 6063 of the Government Code, to
wit, once a week for three (3) successive weeks.
6. At the time and place fixed herein for the meeting to
consider sealed proposals for the purchase of said real property,
the highest qualifying bid will be accepted, unless upon a call
for oral bids, the initial bid shall exceed by at least 5% of the
highest written proposal.
7. The Board of Supervisors shall consider written prop-
osals and oral bids separately and reserve the right to accept or
reject all written proposals and/or oral bidso

fallowing vote:
