TO EXF7GUTE RIGHT-OF--WAY`CIItTIFICATION N0. 2
FOR FAS PROJECT 1336(2) - - - - Cohasset Road
IT IS HERE;BX RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, that Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized
and directed to execute Right-of-Way Certification No. 2, dated
in the name of the County of Butte.
PASSID AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at the regular meeting thereof on the 28th
day of ~Qebruary 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman I~.owsden

(Between b.3 miles and g.0 miles
north of State Route 99, near Chico)
The County of Butte hereby certifies in connection with the right
of way for FAS project 1336(2) Cohasset Road, that:
A11 required right of way for construction of this project has now
been covered by order for immediate possession.

II. STATUS OF AFFECTID RAILROAD FACILITIES

V. STATUS OF UTILITY RELOCATION
Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Pacific Telephone Company, have
above-ground facilities within the limits of this project; however,
all utilities will be moved prior to commencement of constructiono
VI. SCHIDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OBSTRUCTIONS
No buildings with salvage or marketable value exist within the
right of way.
In making this certification, the County of Butte agrees to hold
the State of California harmless from any liability which may be established
by aid in the event the right of way is not clear as herein certified.
